  • Soft play activities are designed specifically for small children that include a variety of play equipment made from soft, cushioned materials. The inviting soft play area provides a safe and secure environment where little ones can freely play, explore, create, and fully use their vibrant imaginations to engage in endless fun and adventure.

  • Soft play is ideal for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers (ages 0–5). Great for 1st–3rd birthdays. Safe for little ones with adult supervision and when not mixed with much older kids.

  • We are currently only booking reservations on Saturdays. Reservations are available all day. We will respond to your reservation requests or inquiries as soon as possible. First come, first serve.

  • To request a reservation, simply fill out the form in the “Contact" section. Once we receive your details and approve your event, we will send you an invoice for a $100-$150 refundable damage/cleaning deposit to hold your package and secure your date (this does not count towards the rental fee).  You will also be required to sign the rental agreement/waiver. The total rental fee will be due 7 days prior to your event. Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of your event.

    All rentals are for up to 4 hours of playtime. Set up and breakdown time is not calculated into the playtime. For each additional hour, we charge $75 per hour. Deposits will be returned within 1-2 days only if the following requirements are met:

    • all balls are placed back inside the ball pit at the time of pick up.

    • There was NO food, liquid, glitter, candy, or stains on any of the equipment. 

    • No damages to any of the equipment.

  • We apologize, but we are currently not booking outdoor rentals.

  • No! Delivery and set up fees are included in the package price!

  • We clean each product thoroughly using soap and water to remove dirt and grime. After cleaning, we disinfect all surfaces to ensure they are safe and hygienic for use. This two-step process helps maintain a clean, healthy environment for everyone to enjoy.

    We disinfect everything on site before each use and will clean everything after each rental.

  • Please notify us as soon as possible. If its at least 7 days prior to the event we will grant you a full refund. If cancellation is less than 7 days, a credit for use for a later date will be applied. Once we’ve arrived with the equipment and ready to set up, we will not be able to provide a refund.

  • You must sign one electronic waiver before booking. It says you’re responsible for any equipment damage and Cannon Cares LLC isn’t liable for injuries.
